I cringe when anyone else wants to come into my sewing room! No one has ever gasped, but the look on their faces says it all.

Cluttered room from working means creative mind, caring patient person, and busy bee . She just doesn't know what that means and doesn't understand the concept.

Me too ,ChampagneBubbles!!! I clean mine as I go,and before I go to bed.The first thing I do in the morning is bring my coffee in my sewing room and get on here to check out the Board. I cant stand clutter in my room. I cant work in clutter .I want a clean slate before I start for the day. My room is stuffed to the gills but it is organized and as neat as I can keep it .I am never ashamed for someone to visit it,even have a guest chair... :)

My sewing room is a disaster area. My DH sews in here with me. He has things the way he wants them in his area. Which is stacked up nicely. My problem is I have no storage space.

I am a member of your group also....can't stand a mess nor am I able to work in clutter. I want the project I'm working on to have my full attention and not a distracting mess everywhere. That's what makes us all so unique in being able to do what we love in our own ways. What would drive some of us crazy is not a problem for others.

I've had people sit down and put their head between their knees. Serves them right for barging in!

Hi, I just close 2 doors to my sewing room when anyone comes upstairs. Off limits to any eyes. Judy
