Default Tumbler Flannel Quilt

I am finally going to commit to my tumbler quilt! I have started this a few times and keep losing interest! I have decided to do an alternating white tumber with other colors. This is my insperation: http://www.canoeridgecreations.com/2...ty-finish.html

My current problem is that I have 3 colors and that is just not enough. I need at least 2-3 more. But I don't know what color to use. I have a darker purple, dark grey, and medium pink. Any suggestions?

I would add a turquoise or teal to the mix

With grey, definitely pink unless it is for a guy.

I love this pattern. Might make it for my new great grandbaby due in November. That gives me plenty of time. Thanks for sharing the link.

The Tumbler is on my bucket list as well but my motto is why use 2 fabrics when you could use 102? It will be a scrappy one when I finally get around to it. That said, for a baby quilt, I would probably stick to 5 or 6 colors. To your dark purple, dark gray and medium pink, I might add a darkish red, and perhaps a jade green or true blue.

The pictured one only has 4 colors - so you could get away with one more color - maybe a teal ( as mentioned above) or Fuschia
