So funny! I've done that too. You almost want to look around to see if anyone else saw you do that. Oh well you're ready to go now.

Such a funny tale and I know we can all relate! If not with sewing machines...surely other items lurk in electrical infamy.

I once cut out dress for my daughter , set up my machine on table and then remembered the electric was not on yet, as we had just moved in .Had to laugh at myself. Well could have been worse.

LOL you are not alone as I even went so far as to call a friend who was an electrician. I knew my machine worked as I had been sewing earlier in the day. Oh well, it happens.

I used to work tech support for Gateway PC. I had a customer call telling me her mouse didn't work. We tried formatting and reinstalling everything, couldn't seem to get it to work. I finally had the bright idea of asking if she had plugged in the mouse........

LOL! Sometimes, the easiest solutions are the ones not seen.

The PC did say "ready to go out of the box"
