YES! Lovely lady! My Mom and I met her at her store in California. Luckily Mom took one of her books with her and Eleanor was kind enough to sign it. She had a group of quilters testing patterns for the (can't think of the exact name) Quilting for all Seasons book. We were able to walk thru the room and look at all the projects in progress.

Yes, I was lucky enough to see her at Beaver Dam, WI, sewing weekend at Nancy's Notions. She was wonderful, entertaining and would go see her again in a heartbeat!!!

I've met her many times at Paducah quilt show. She is very accessible and mingles with shoppers and is always at her tent and barn sales during the show. She has a friendly smile even when you know she is bone tired.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Eleanor, however I did attend a workshop hosted by her sister Pat and she is just like Eleanor - a real hoot! I went to
her workshop one year, and last year I went to one not long after she lost her husband. A really sweet and gracious lady who definitely has her own style. You can definitely tell they are sisters as they have the same smile and laugh.
