Awe, they are hard to part with sometimes, but at least you have a pic to show off, and know that they really enjoy and appreciate them.

I take a photo of each one also......some were really difficult to let go, especially one that my DGD in-law really loved and the chairwoman of our guild charity really hated (she thought it was too modern, black and white prints, with a chartreuse and yellow exotic orchid in one of the prints) but it was for an older teenage girls home and I am sure it is loved.

Yes I also become very attached to my quilts, especially ones I have worked hard on to find the perfect fabric and the perfect pattern...and then was so pleased with the result, especially when all my points met and seams were straight. My grandkids no longer appreciate them, so I am moving onto charities.....and feel better about that concept. All I want to do is bring a smile to a face

Yes.
Just this morning I was picking some to give to our church for their clothes pantry. I had a hard time deciding which I could part with. Funny isn't it as I make them to give away.

I love the bright kiddie prints. My grandsons are too old for kiddi prints, so I enjoy making Project Linus quilts.

No if I make a quilt with someone in mind to give it to, the minute it is gone to the recipient it's also out of my mind!

I love the colors you have on your quilt. I'm sure it will bring lots of comfort to the recipient.

I miss the facebook like button. I can see i am not the only one. Love them but be happy they have such a good purpose. My own grand children have their one too. Each stitch counts, or gets ripped out! Thank you all for posting!
