    this is the day my whole town has an open yard sale. everybody who has anything to sell puts it out. i will get going at 9 and shop until 4. hoping for lots of fabric in any form.

    i'll post later to show whatever. wish me luck! :roll:

    Hope you find lots of good things! Love to yard sale.

    My mom found a blue and white quilt with damage and got it for a song. I took it and cut it up and made cushion covers for her porch swing.
    You can take damaged quilts and use them for smaller projects- I think this is a great way to preserve someone's hard work!!

    Must be the weekend for it. My MIL's neighborhood does the same thing. I've seen the crap she wants to sell. I think I stay home and sew :D

    Lucky You!! I hope you find lots of treasures!!! I can't wait for our yard sales to kick into full gear...usually Memorial Day weekend :D :D
