I saw a quilt on Bridezilla last night that was made up of these fan blocks that got me inspired. I've seen it before, but I can't remember the specific name of it (I know there's several fan blocks) and I'm having trouble finding it (and dial-up takes its sweet time loading pages). I know its a traditional block. Any help finding it?

Oh! I forgot to mention what it looks like. (D'oh!). Has the general shape of a quarter circle and its placed in the corner of the square block...the fan has a quarter circle base and the actual "fan" part of the fan is made up of these long, thin triangle shapes.

I think you are looking for the "Grandmother's Fan" block. Is this it....
