I am getting desperate. I want to make a bow tucks for my boss a big Jimmy Johnson fan. The only fabric I can find is a cotton flannel. Would this work for the main outside part? I have only made one and used regular cotton fabric. Suggestions? advise?

I am not sure but if the material is like a tshirt fabric you might want to face it with lightweight fusible.

I think it is more like the light flannel used for kids blankets and such.
