Ones I have done where I've fussy cut a particular pattern are :
Churn Dash, Hole in the Barn Door, Warm Wishes, Sawtooth Star, and Courthouse Steps.

Hmmm...so which of the suggested blocks would be fairly easy? I've only done a couple of fairly simply quilts (nothing with triangles) and I don't have too much time between two small children (currently trying to out-scream each other!) and a dozen other (smaller) gifts to make for Christmas...

I like the log cabin idea. You could do the quilt in the log cabin design and use the pigs for the border.

How about a snowball block or attic window with the piggy as the focus fabric? Would be great with other farm fabrics, if you know what I mean.

Hmmm...I like the Attic Window and the Warm Wishes. Attic Window looks kind of complicated, and I don't know if the pig print would show up very well since it's kind of dark? But warm wishes says it needs a large scale print and the pig print isn't...the picture is of a 12" tall section so the pigs are only about 1.5" tall.
