Default Help in Identifying a Pattern

Hello!! Don't know if this antique quilt from Carthage, Mo is an actual pattern or not. Interested in anyone's thoughts. Thank you!!

Flower basket, main part of basket is pieced, the handle and flowers are appliqued on. Note the difference in the background colors.
