Default HELP! M.I.A. Block: Kansas City Troubles Sampler quilt

I bought an incomplete sampler quilt kit (each block was a separate kit with precut fabrics and instructions for each block) at a guild fundraiser sale. I AM MISSING BLOCK/"Chapter 11" and wonder if anyone has this block from the set of patterns.

Here's the info I have: It's copyrighted 1998 - Kansas City Quilters. Each of the chapters has a block "description" that's written as though it's straight out of a diary from the mid-1860's. It was probably a block-of-the-month series purchased by the month.

These are the blocks:
Chapter 1: Kentucky Lily and setting fabrics/pattern
Chapter 2: Freedom Flag
Chapter 3: Wagon Tracks
Chapter 4: Road to Illinois
Chapter 5: Turkey Tracks
Chapter 6: Mississippi Waves
Chapter 7: Crosses and Losses
Chapter 8: Flying Geese
Chapter 9: Kansas Troubles
Chapter 10: Kansas Dugout
CHAPTER 11 : MISSING - DO YOU HAVE IT?
Chapter 12: Finishing & Beginning

I would deeply appreciate any help any of you has - fabrics to blend well with the others will not be a problem to find, but I'd sure like the information of Block/Chapter 11.

MANY THANKS for any help you can lend!

Is there a picture of BLOCK 11 (or the whole quilt) included with the Chapter 1 or Chapter 12 info?
Usually the first (and/or last) BOM installment has a general guide for the whole quilt.

The instructions can be easily recreated if you had the picture and block size

there are several HUNDRED quilt patterns produced by the KC Star - the most recent is July 17, 2012.

There is a KC Star BOM available through the Fat Quarter Shop (might not be the same BOM)

a collection of quilt patterns from the Kansas City Star, in book form: http://www.abebooks.com/OGlory-Ameri.../8167666334/bd

Looked through the Chapter 12 bag and didn't find much help at all - there is no photo or illustration of the layout or completed project, only a partial illustration of of the quilting of the quilt, lower half. There is a fair amount of hand embroidery and some applique (no problem), whose templates are provided. It's puzzling, to be sure. Lots of information lacking, but this shows the difference between instructions writing of the late 1990s and now.

Looks like the quilt composition/compilation info was in the missing chapter.

Did you find chapter 11. I bought mine at a quilt show and I am missing chapter 1. I was hoping that 12 would have how to set it together, but no such information. If you found 11, yeah, otherwise I would be willing to trade information. Thanks!
