Sounds like a tension problem to me. Check your machine settings according to the book that came with your machine and try again.

Good Luck I know how frustrating it can be
Sometimes you get a bad bobbin winding by running the machine way too fast. are you using a new brand of thread?
tensions are made for adjusting. just change in small increments until you get the right balance.

Clean out all lint and thread from every area, new bobbin rewind, new needle.

Sorry you are having so much trouble. Look in your
manual for a Technician 800 number. They are there
to help. Hope some help comes soon.

You may have unknowingly changed the tension. Check the tension. Change the needle. Wind a new bobbin. Re-thread everything. If none of that works, I would take it in and have it looked at. It is under warranty. Shouldn't cost you anything.

I have a couple of baby lock machines...I've had that issue and the guy I bought mine from said to use canned air to blow out any frabic dust from the tension dial(s). This has helped sometimes.

Another thing that I have had to do is set my sewing machine bobbin tension by using the weights from my embroidery professional machine.

I don't know if this helps but I do know as much as I love my babylocks and brother machines that this is my main frustration with them.

Be sure the thread is seated in the tension disc. Another thing, Unthread all threads and run it with "The pedal to the medal" This sometimes loosens up a bit of dust or a loose thread. Good luck
