Dish soap with Lemon also kills fleas...

Can you cover over the spots with a appliqued label? or write, with permanent pen, a sort of label words trying to cover in and around those areas.... a little here and little there? or FMQ it from the back side and emphasize those spots to make it look like you intended the spots to be there????

At least it's clean and washed... baby quilts will get washed alot more... and the baby won't mind. The mom might not even see that part. Good luck

That's what I would do as well if the stains don't come out!
Good luck.

I keep a bottle of dawn dish soap at the washing machine. It has taken out every stain I have ever had. Even set in stains.

I think I would dip the whole quilt in the diet coke orwhatever. I don't think you will be able to get the carmel color out. I had a new dress to wear to the office when I started my first job, spilled a coke on my desk, which ran over onto the one side if the skirt. Tried everhting and nothing worked.

So what exactly was in that diet coke. I have never had coke to set in like that. It always washes out for me with just a regular washing.

Try "Vivid". It is wonderful! It even takes out baby formula stains. I'm not sure what it will do since you've already washed it. I've always used it before I washed the stain. It's worth a try. Good luck...

When I get blood on fabric while pinning or quilting, I spit on the spot. You can see the spot come out before your eyes. Something in your saliva that causes this????????

Test peroxide first to ensure it does not pull the color out
