Is anyone planning on attending the Long Beach show this coming weekend? I am seriously considering going and would love to meet anyone else who is attending for lunch or something like that. If I go, it will be on Friday.

Our guild will be taking a busload of us down on Friday. I was lucky enough to get the last available seat on the bus. I believe we will be getting there about 10 or 10:30 - but don't know when we're leaving. Perhaps we can find a way to get together and at least exchange howdy-dos.

I just talked to my friend. We are going. We plan on being there around 10 when it opens. Would love to meet up with anyone considering being there on Friday.

I'm back. It was a wonderful day. Lots of vendors to visit and lovely fabric to fondle. I am exhausted. I was able to meet up with Harmony and 2wheelwoman. It was a great trip!!!! I will try and post a couple pictures tomorrow, after I've had some sleep!!!!!

It *looks* like I'll be there tomorrow. I'll believe it if I get there.

However, tell me some details. Lots of beautiful quilts? How much time did you take to get thru it all? Etc, etc. It's only open from 10 to 3 and I'm afraid that if we can't get there until 11 I'll have to rush thru the whole thing. BUT....I'll just focus on just being there. I missed last year and was bummed.

There are a lot of beautiful quilts. Lots of them are "Art" quilts. We spent most of our time in the vendor mall. There were lots of vendors with all kinds of wonderful thing!!! My friend and I spent the whole day there, got there around 10:15 and stayed until about 6:45. It was really crowded in the morning but really thinned out by 3 or 4.
I'm glad I went, but I am still tired today!!!!
