I don't think it matters either - and that is beautiful!!! I'm going to have to remember that pattern for future reference

Great quilt - I'd leave it 'as is'. Quilts are viewed from all sides anyway. Your hubby is going to love it!

I am 80 and have been making quilts for many,many of those years. lol . One thing I learned is ALL my mistakes are planned. Most of the time it looks better that way. lol. I really like the way your top turned out. I think I would have planned it that way. It is beautiful.
