I have just finished quilting a lap quilt, and I have some bobbin thread that is special, and I want to keep it with the spool, so when I use that thread again, I will find the 2 together. How do any of you store bobbins with spools? There has to be an easy way, but I just haven't been able to figure out anything.
Thanks for any advice or input you can share with me.

There's a thing you can buy that you stick into the spool, and then you stick your bobbin into it. Or you could put both into a ziplock baggie. Or tie the two together with yarn or an elastic?

I saw someone that put a golf tee thru the bobbin and into the spool. Love this as I live in a house full of GOLFERS! lolol

I use golf-tees to keep bobbins with spools. Actually, a friend of mine is a product demo specialist for various golf companies, and he wants to get market 'Bobbin-Tees' to golfer's wives, through my shop!

I raid my gardening supplies, I have a roll of light weight wire covered with green paper (looks, and feels like the twist ties you get on bread) cut off a pirce thread it through bobbin and spool swist ends and store in thread drawer! Works for Me! LOL

That's exactly what I use! I color coordinate as much as possible - wish they came in more colors.

I store my bobbins in bobbin holders. My favorite is straight wood with a metal insert. It holds at least 10 bobbins.

The easiest andn cheapest method I know is to put a Q-tip in the spool hole and add the bobbin over the Q-tip.
