another challange for quilters

i am making a sampler quilt useing many differant blocks and colors the idea is useing up my scrapps my grand mother made serval sampler quilts with scrapps and left over blocks that she had made to many of my challange is to use up those left over blocks or started qults that you just dont like and make it into one that you just have to hang onto

here is one I made with left over blocks, sorry it is not a very good picture. My favorite quilts to make are scap quilts:)

Don't judge the individual blocks. Instead, wait until you can lay out all the "strays" and see how well they play with each other. If you pick a color from the blocks that you really like and use it as sashing, you may be surprised how the quilt will sing.

Here it is:)
I host a "scrap surprise" every spring for a couple of the girls I quilt with. This is one of them, it is the one peeking out LOL. I think the pattern is Puss in the Corner.
