I might border it with the lt blue batik - if you can - or do a multi-color pieced border since your sashing is one color. Or just bind with a colorful binding. Either way it's great :)

I love it! It is pretty as is or like someone said you might add a border the color of the sky. If you want to bring out the oranges or greens in the quilt you could also do something with them to add color. It depends if you want the blue to be dominant. Let the size that you want it to be guide you.

love love love those squiggly lighthouses. I think that a binding in a multicolored stripe would look great. No other boarder needed
