Default Bow Tucks Help

This is my second attempt at trying to make a bow tucks bag. I hate to say it, but I am stuck on step one. I just don't get how this forms a pocket. If I sew along the length..wrong sides together, then open it up...it's one flat piece...anyone know what I mean? Any help would be appreciated. Private message may be good as I don't know how to find this post again. Thanks.

Thanks to the person that showed me how to find my posts. I have my lining piece and my pocket piece. I sew them right sides together. I open it out and have one big piece of fabric. Pocket part at bottoms big linning at top....what to do now.

Did you see the pictorial tutorial for the bow tuck purse?

http://www.quiltingboard.com/tutoria...al-t55016.html

After sewing the two pcs together, bring the long edges together and sew each side of pocket, leaving the
bottom open. Turn right side out. The lining should form a top border on the outside front of pocket.
