I have fusible webbing on my iron & can't get it off. Any ideas?

There's a stuff called "Hot Iron Cleaner." I found it in the iron aisle at Wal-Mart.

Try running your iron (hot) over an unused dryer sheet. That works for me. You might have to run it over the sheet several times. A side benefit is that it will make the whole room smell good!

I use Iron Off that I purchasted at Joann's. Works great, but use it outside cause it sets off the smoke alarm.

Turn the iron on and scrub it with crumpled waxed paper or fine steel wool. The heat will soften the adhesive. If you use steel wool or an SOS pad, use the waxed paper afterwards to make the iron glide nicely.

I use an old terry-cloth hand towel slightly dampened and sprinkled liberally with table salt, and run the hot iron over it several times. Works for me.

I found a tutorial on the net the other day for cleaning your iron and I tried it. Works wonders. Use the Mr Clean magic eraser. Heat iron, wet eraser and press iron on it, sprinkle with water as needed until iron is clean. Was wonderful.

I used glass top stove cleaner cuz I had it in the house and couldn't get to the store for the right stuff. It worked great. :D
