    Default AllPeople Quilt site

On 4/3/12 I ordered a downloadable pattern thru All People Quilt site and the order went thru to Home Store Collections. My acct has been charged but I cannot access the home store collections site to download the pattern. They gave me an order number, but when I go to their site it says access denied. Has anyone else had any problems ordering from these companies? It is an American Patchwork Quilt pattern that all people quilt list on their site. I've sent emails to both companies and got them back as undeliverable. Anyone else out there had any trouble or do you have any suggestions as to what I should do? BTW - no phone numbers listed for either of them either.

get into your credit card site and dispute the charge now. that will get their attention and keep your card safe.

I agree, I would dispute the charge. Or aren't they a Better Homes & Garden subsidiary? Maybe you could contact BH&G?

They are BH&G. There is a phone number for home store collection on their website. It is 800-678-5752.

Thank you for this phone number. I'm going to call them tomorrow.

I hope the BH&G customer service was able to resolve this for you. If you paid by Paypal, you could open a dispute with them, or perhaps your credit card company could direct you.
It can be unsettling sometimes ordering online, but there are also many benefits and opportunities too.
I'll be praying it gets straightened out for you.

If you go to there web site there is a contact link on the far left side down toward the bottom. If you can't find it here is the link I found [email protected]. It is for web site issues which it sounds like you have. Good Luck.
