start with the repairs. they usually go faster and you can clear them out of the way. then just pick one ufo at a time and go for it. now, if only i took my own advice.

Whatever number is pulled, that's the one I work on. For instance, this month I am working on a quilt that I made the top about 13 or so years ago. I like the idea of putting a number on them and choosing that way..it would end the waiting for it to jump out of the bin at me!

Okay, your first mistake was counting them. I like to squirrel mine away so I have to really look for them. How many do I have? Too many.

I have been in this perdicament before, I like to list, them get them done, and cross them off my list. Sew satisfying.

Just depends on what you count as a UFO! I have 5 tops that need to be sandwiched. THere are 3 sandwiched and pinned, but need quilting and binding. Then there are the 3 that are cut out and started - works in progress I guess those are. I refuse to count the ones that are in bags with all the fabric and the pattern/idea waiting to see the light of day - but if I had to guess? Maybe 30? Oh my.

I have 6 that are due in May so I'm working on them in the order they're due. Getting those 3 sandwiched last night helped a lot. I make a list each week and try to work off that list - just have more going on than I'm used to.
