A friend has asked me to help her plan a T-shirt quilt using her son's old sports jerseys. I know there must be more than one way to do this, but I don't know any of them. What is the best way to keep the T-shirts from stretching and warping all over the place? Is there a good pattern to use? Advice please! Thanks in advance to all you experts out there...

Thanks for all the advice so far! I don't know why I didn't think to search before asking, just ditsy I guess. I found all the answers right here after doing a search. If my friend is serious about wanting help, I can give her great advice. Thanks again!
