That Blue Book would be a great idea. I have bought 3 Singer featherweight from ebay and have been very happy with them. One for each Granddaughter. That is a great venue to sell and you can get a good idea of prices there, hope that helps.

To do that, she would need to bring a generator along to power the machine so the buyer can see it in action.........lol

Or plug it into the street lamp like the local homeless people do here to charge their cell phones while begging for money.

That's what I would do as well. I don't invite multiple strangers to my home.

There are a couple of yahoo lists for selling stuff. I sold my Juki TL98 on QuiltersFleaMarket yahoo group. I had to drive halfway to meet the lady but it was still worth it. I don't remember what the other list is called though.

NWM, no I have all I can handle with those three, 12, 10 and 6 but thanks for offering. I too am awaiting a FW any day now. They are super little machines and I take them to my quilt guild, and to my church quilting group. Take care!

Ohh, so maybe I should list my machines here, sounds like you ladies need them! I have a sewing/embroidery machine and a serger! Not that I've sewn much for my three kids, it's easier to buy ready made.
