I do get notifications through the Board. I didn't see a setting to decline notifications. I guess you could Bookmark the thread and then Unsubscribe from it. I tried that yesterday and Unsubscribing did not seem to affect the Bookmark.

I couldn't figure out a way to subscribe to a Forum without getting the sub-forums also. Let me know if you find a way!
