How do you do the stitching on the top of the quilt after you have sewn it all together? Do you do each block separate with a design on the sewing machine or how...? Help please. This is my first quilt. 8-)

Hi and welcome from Alaska. You can meander or do straight lines, stitch in the ditch, block motifs and so forth. It's up to you.

Just to clarify, are you asking how the quilting stitching is done or are you asking about embroidery on the fabric?
