My mom has 3 that I've made-2 bedsize and one large wall hanging. I have 1 twin size that is on the bed in my spare room. Everything else I make are for charity. Either for QFK (children's quilts) or to sell to raise $$ for QFK.

I do plan to make a wall hanging for my sewing room soon.

I have 4, two to mail, and two for children's hospital patients to take home after their stay. Hoping to gather 8 before I take them in. One at the idea stage, one C H in the cutting pieces stage.
I have none of my own. Always make for others. I do take pictures.

The one that I made for my husband. I make for weddings, babies, special birthdays, special anniversaries and charity. Have sold a few. Love making quilts.

I'm afraid to count. But I don't store them in plastic. Everything I have learned is that plastic is NOT GOOD for quilts. They produce heat and that produces chemicals and that is NOT GOOD. You can buy acid-free boxes and acid-free tissue paper to line the folds with before storing. Or another idea it to store them flat under the mattress of your bed. Flat is best and place the acid-free tissue between each quilt. Food for thought. We put so much money and time into our works , we should do all we can to make them last.

So far, with the exception of my very first quilt, everything I've made has been a gift for a family member, friend, or doll quilt swap partner. I hope this year to start, and hopefully finish, a scrappy quilt for myself. It will be made from scraps I inherited from my late mother. She saved fabric from clothes she made us when we were kids, and never got quilts made as she intended. So I will be making the quilts for my 2 brothers and me, hopefully by the end of this year.

The only quilt that I have that I made and kept is one for my son a baby blanket and two small doll size quilts that are around 12 or 16 in. I am working on one right now that will stay home with me only because it is for my dd.

I'm going to re-birth a few and make jackets out of them. A couple I have made bags from, sold some, donated and gifted some. The amount won't stop me making them. Only if I am frail and infirm...
