Has anyone thought of using pumpkin carving templates for quilting patterns? Here is a link to some patterns I found. Wouldn't it be interesting to try?

Me & my kids did this kind of carving last year. Its really not as hard as it looks...although all the patterns on the above link are incredibly advanced. I like the quilt pattern idea though. I think I'll do that this time!
