A few days ago someone post a pic of a cross quilt that was just gorgeous. Its not the floral cross or the stained glass, but it was a pattern of hers or her friends design. I thought I bookmarked it but I guess not. Anybody know what I'm talking about, I know my description isnt great. It seems like it radiated.

Was it purple and maybe used a storm-at-sea block in some parts?

I think so, I just remember is was pretty. I wanted to show my GF but I didnt bookmark it....:(

Okay, I can't find the one that was posted here (the purple storm-at-sea one). But I did find out that it is based on a Marcia Hohn pattern. On her Storm At Sea pattern, her testers have made a couple of storm-at-sea quilts with an image in them. One's a heart and the other's a cross.

This shows the diagram for the heart one. If you click on "Eugene" in the "made by" list, you'll see the cross.

Nope none of these were it. This quilt had a white background. I do like the storm at sea, pic. But the one I seen was applique with some blocks. I believe there might have been some yellow in it. Geesh I hate when I forget to bookmark. The lady had mentioned that there was no pattern for the quilt, it was original.
