How Much Time Do You Spend Quilting Daily?
After two years of learning quilting I'm feeling very comfortable with it. If my schedule would allow I would love to be able to quilt about four hours a day, but only seem to be able to get in two each day at the most.

At least 2 hours a day during the work week, sometimes more if time allows. Friday and Saturday, much more time is alotted to me quilting and working on projects. Vacations and numerous days off in a row...it's all I do...LOL

I would love to do about three hours of planning/fabric selection/machine sewing every day, and about 2 hours of handwork every evening...but alas that rarely happens! In reality I probably average about 30 min a day, but that will be 4 hours on one day then nothing for a week and half.

I am so Jealous, I work full time, 10 hours a day - 4days a week, keep grandbaby #2( 1 year old) on Friday and grandbaby #1(3 year old) on Sat. until sometime Sunday afternoon. So not much quilting time for me an hour here and there, but I dream about the time I will be able to quilt all day.

I'd love to quilt all day, but I work full time. So, I squeeze in an hour or two in the evenings when nothing else is planned (which means, 2 or 3 evenings a week). And maybe 4-5 hours on the weekends around housework and commitments. As someone else said - holidays are *my* time, and I spend those quilting all day, with no regrets or guilt about housework not done (because if I wasn't quilting I'd be at work).
