I love leaves! This is the back of one that Harriet did for me.

I love Bernese too!

great quilt! I like Helen C's idea of overlapping circles with a dense fill in the overlap--that way the bright colors will "pop" on the quilt.

Since it looks like Lattice I'd do vines and leaves...climbing up or down it.

I love your quilt! I agree the circles would look great. I'm always stuck on the "how do I quilt it now that I'm done piecing!
Post Pictures when you finish it!

Very neat quilt pattern...it’s going to look fantastic when quilted. Don’t forget to post a picture of your quilting motif.

If you want dense quilting, look at some of Judi Madsen’s quilts for ideas. She is an amazing quilter and something like she does would look wonderful on your quilt. I like the pattern you have come up with.

I'm not good at that part either - creating a custom design. Guess that's why I have a Lot of pantograms. But if I am making the quilt a lot of times as I'm doing it, I get an idea of which one will work with it; on what few I have done for others, I let them go through my book I put together and let them choose - after all, they have to look at it - not me.

I love this quilt. It is so fresh and crisp. Whatever you quilt on it will be amazing.

I've got two of her books ... her work is incredible. I won't do her ideas on a quilt this big. I'm not using a long arm, I'm on a domestic. It's a nice one, but still, it takes too long!
