Those are lovely blocks!
For quilting ideas, I think quilting along either side of the stripe elements of your border print would be dramatic. I also think it would be good to outline the large elements of your blocks where they meet the black background. Within the floral areas, soft, curving quilting appeals to me.
I've drawn some ideas on your picture with strong red lines to make it easy to see. (I would *not* quilt with strong contrasting thread.) One one star, I've drawn lines along the stripe elements and outlined the star. In two of the floral areas, I put in some curving lines to offer and idea. (I would quilt all 6.) In another star, in one of the points, I drew in lines outlining the stripe elements and an outline the shape. In the floral area, I put in a curved shape. I don't love that shape, but it's got the general idea of what I want. If it was my quilt, I'd play with drawing some more shapes until I got something that seemed just right.
I hope these ideas are helpful.

This quilt bring the ! factor to the front for sure! !!..This quilt makes me drool with its beauty. Your lines are right on! Now for the quilting part of the quilt. SITD would be the first thing I'd do and then depending how close you wanted it quilted maybe some ruler work. You want these blocks to just pop! when quilted so much depends on what you see to start wiith. No matter what you decide to do this quilt remains a top contender in my book.

Hi --
I have to tell you that I just went through the same problem. I sat and stared at the quilt for some time and then
finally decided I had the answer. Well, I ripped out my "solution " twice until I came up with the third one. So this is
not to give you an answer but to encourage you to keep trying. Incidentally the quilt looks pretty good now if I do
say so myself.
