Mostly jeans, t-shirt (sometimes long sleeves, sometimes not; it has been pretty cold here lately and my arms do get cold); sox or slippers, depending on if I am sewing or not. I don't wear my shoes when I sew. The mail lady did catch me in my gown this past week, but i was because I was sick and never got too far from my bed that day....

It's 10:06 PM and I'm in my long flannel nightgown and slippers. During the day, my usual attire is stretch jeans (elastic top) and a pull-over. Also, my slippers unless I'm going out.....then I put on shoes and make-up and comb my hair.

I have never thought of coordinating my clothes to the project I'm working on, that's a really interesting concept. I don't normally sew in PJs unless its late at night. I feel better sewing with a clean body, so I get dressed before sewing. Usually it's jeans or knit pants and a T-shirt or 3/4 sleeve shirt. My projects get stuck on long sleeves so I prefer short sleeves to sew in. What a fun thread, I read all the replies.
