My neighbor heard that I was interested in old sewing machines. She said her aunt had one did not know what kind. Later she called and said that it was "just an old singer table top model". I told her to find out more, I'm hoping it is an old feather weight and she doesn't want too much. My husband said you have 2 sewing machines now why do you need another one? Bless his heart he just doesn't understand.

LOL..had to laugh..when we moved to our Condo..my hubby(who has always supported my quilting) helped the day the sewing room was being loaded..he said you have enough fabric to make 50 quilts and why do you have 3 sewing machines..I said there are 6 and that's my stash !!! The look on his face was priceless !!

They just don't get it. But most of them have more than one tool or golf club or camera or whatever. Hope it's a FW.

Does he have more than 2 fishing poles, guns, cars, golf clubs, or whatever? We can enjoy our hobbies too.

Men are like boys; you have to get on thier level. I tell mine why do you need another gun each year; you can only shoot one at a time. He shuts up and realizes he's fighting a losing battle.
