Default I am so proud of myself tonight :)

I made a quilt for Quilts of Valor for my BIL who was injured and blinded in Afghanistan. It was presented to him tonight and he loves it. My SIL has been telling him all about it. They put a tear in my eye when they called. It is so worth it to make these charity quilts.

Thank you, Lois.
Thank you, Brother-in-law-of-Lois.
My prayers are for you, and your family and for those with whom you served. May we NEVER forget.

God bless him and his family!!! It will be a long, hard road, but with a loving, supportive family, he will be an inspiration to all.

Thank you feels like such an inadequate way to say to your brother-in-law how much his service to our country means. I'm saddened that he has to pay such a tremendous price to ensure our freedoms, but please let him know I appreciate him from the bottom of my heart and wish him well in the coming years.

Your quilt, I'm sure, brought a little ray of sunshine in his life. Bless you.
