Somewhere on this board I saw a video featuring a product that you stick onto the underside of your rulers. this product allows the ruler to glide over the fabric; and when you apply pressure, it holds the ruler in place firmly.
I believe the product came in strips, and you could cut them to length (but I could be wrong!)
I think it may have been a Missouri Quilt Co. video.
I would just like to know the name of the product so I can keep an eye out for it at shops/shows.

Is it Invisigrip? It's a thin film that's applied to the bottom of the ruler. It holds ruler in place when cutting and can be moved to different spots.

Invisigrip is what I use. It came in a sheet that I cut to fit the size of my rulers. Works great!

The Grip Strips are what I use on the back of my rulers and templates. They really keep rulers and templates from slipping when cutting. I have tried most everything from Invisigrip and sandpaper dots, to rubber base cement. For me, Grip Strips are the best.

Suggest you use Nescafé plastic tape found in the drug store. Cheapest way of grip on your rulers....try it.
