I would finish it just as it is. I love the look of the diverse flowers all in a jumble. I think you might be surprised how beautiful it is when you get it all put together.

These are flowers. Get a green solid or like-solid for the
grass to go around each flower (like grass). I made one
like this several years ago & now love seeing it on th bed.
Tell yourself no hurry. Keep all in carry along container &
work on it once in a while. Time it takes doesn't matter.

Someone beat me to it, too. A pathway between the flowers is needed to set them off instead of having them jumble together. I think it will be gorgeous!!!

Your blocks are beautiful. Here is a picture of the one my Grandmother made about 1930-40.

Yours look great, I have a stack made from awful 60's fabrics. I bought the hexagons from my stepson many years ago, I think he found them dumpster diving. There are some truly garish fabrics in there but I figure, hey, it's what was available at the time. Every once in a while I pull them out just to look at them and marvel at how our fabrics are so much nicer now, not only the colors and prints, but the overall quality.
One of these years I may put them all together, or, maybe not.

I like it too,...... finish it.

It's very pretty, but use your pathways or spacers to separate your colors.

I think you should just finish it up as you have started it. I have a GFG top that was put together without a pathway for a jumbled look, and it looks great! Yours will too, especially after it gets quilted. If you really don't want it, put it up for sale here on the board. You can put the money towards new fabric for a new project!

I say finish it..but then I am not one to give advise...I probably have 20 of so UFO's waiting to get finished *L* I think the flowers are pretty..do you have kids or grandkids? Maybe you could use them to make a tablerunner or pillows? Stitch them onto a bag? OR you could donate them to someone who makes charity quilts. Some little child would love to snuggle up under a quilt made from them....good luck..hope to see you post a finished project with them some day. Happy Stitchin' crafty_linda_b
