Default Pfaff Expression 2.0 bobbins

Does anyone know what the part number is for the bobbins for the above machine? I have bought bobbins twice and they don't have the little square hole in the top to feed the thread through. Actually, they have no hole at all. I machine manual doesn't have a part number. Can anyone help me? Thanks!!!!!

I called my nearest Pfaff dealer (a distance away) and ordered bobbins for my Ambition from him. He sent them to me and I was surprised to see they were Singers. Mine have a round hole to put the thread through. And I still don't have the part number for the bobbin!

Here is the no# from my accessories book # 820779-096 ACDEFG 10 pack blue, # 820793-096 J 10 pack gray, 820362-096 BH 10 pack clear. They don't have holes in the top for the thread, you just wrap thread a few times and hold till it winds. Hope this helps.

Sorry I forgot to mention that the Expression 2.0 is listed as a C. The bobbins listed as a color are a clear blue.

All the Pfaff bobbins (size 12) that I have bought for my Pfaff Exp. 3.0 have the square hoe on one side. I would contact a dealer. Good luck!

I have a Pfaff expression 2. and, you are right, the instruction manual sure doesn't say what the part number is. So I googled "bobbin for Pfaff expression 2." and got a number that "might" be right. Pfaff 9033P.

Google that and look at the pictures....I found several with that number that looked right....one available from Amazon plus others.

The picture has that square hole....or at least it looks like it does to me.

Hope this helps.

Dina, I have bobbins for my 1970's Pfaff that are like that, but as you can see in the photo, the bobbin for my Exp 3.o are "taller". The old ones cannot be used - ask me how I know!
Oh and BTW in my earlier post I said that there were numbers on them - it seems there is a different number on each bobbin even out of the same pack so it has nothing to do with the part or the size!.

I am a little late with this, but I was also looking for bobbins for my Pfaff Expression 2.0. I found this information in the Pfaff Accessory Catalog 2012:

You can view the catalog online here: http://www.e-magin.se/v5/viewer/file...?gKey=jj61b7rh

Page 6 shows that a Pfaff Expression 2.0 is a code letter "J" (any accessories listed with a "J" will work with this machine)

Page 27 lists bobbins for "J" machines as: 820921096- 10 pack grey and 820905096 - Monet bobbins 20 pack

I was only able to locate the gray 10 pack online.

Hope this helps someone.
