I don't have a designated sewing space so I sew at my dining room table and sit in a hard wooden chair. Or at least I used to.

My computer is in another room and I love to sit here and looks at quilt pictures all day long instead of making my own. The other day I decided to take my nice comfy computer chair to the dining room to sew. Now the hard chair is at my computer and I just can't sit here for too long anymore. I've made seven table runners this week except for the binding. As Charlie Sheen would say - "Winning!"

Like I always say, if it works it's legal!

Good for you! I spend way too much time looking online - hard to get anything done.

Funny how sometimes the easy solution is the best one. Glad you are spending more time doing and less time looking.

I HAVE A NICE COMPUTER CHAIR WITH ROLLERS. I JUST MOVE IT WHERE I WANT IT WHEN I NEEED IT AND I'M GOOD TO GO. I FIND IF I LEAVE IT NEAR MY MACHINE, I USE MY MACHINE MORE OFTEN. I THINK IT IS ALL IN MY HEAD!! BUT IT WORKS:)

I have my computer set up by my embroidery machine so can use the office chair by just turning it. I would hate to use anything else when I am sewing.

Good for you! I sew at the kitchen table too. Luckily my computer chair was close enough that I saw it and switched right away. But, I know what you mean about how sometimes the easiest things escape our notice, and when we see it, it is like a smack to the forehead!!
