I said the same thing about that red face... didn't really like it when I first met it. And it wasn't so much the red face as the chrome dial. I had been comparing it to the Elna Excellence... and I loved that footsie garage on the front of the Elna. But then I realized I didn't like the screen up in the middle of the machine and then the red and chrome started looking and feeling better to me. Then when I got done doing all of the used-car-like-negotations and got the Horizon for $700 less than the Elna... well... I learned to love that red real fast! You're gonna love her/him.

Default Leah Day video

How fun for you, Yippie. You might want to take a look at this video. http://freemotionquilting.blogspot.c...izon-7700.html
It's of Leah Day, and she uses your machine to do her free motion quilting. The video is her commentary on why she likes this machine the best, and she demonstrates how she sets up her machine for piecing and free motion quilting. I always wondered what machine she used in all of here tutes...now I know! Enjoy your new baby!

I really do not care for the red face the blue sounds nice. We found a real good deal on it so I let my hubby get it for me. looking forward to when I get to play with it no matter what the color is. yippie
