Congrats on your new machine. I noticed you are in Vancouver, WA. I lived there growing up.

Yes, Vancouver...we retired about four years ago, snowbird-ed between Puget Sound area and Sacramento for a bit, then DH decided he liked the Vancouver area. It's "ok", but I'd prefer to be back in New England, except for the taxes and humidity. And did I mention except for the humidity? lol Well, we're here and are making the best of it!

So, I haven't even opened the manual to the new machine yet. I'm nearly finished with a lap quilt for one of our granddaughters, so want to finish it before taking time to settle into the new machine. I plan to have it finished TOMORROW and will post photos.

Congratulations!!! I love mine. I refused to set it up until after my first lesson. Up until that time I had used only vintage machines and this one had a low of bells and whistles. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I have enjoyed mine.
