If you have no EQ at all, the pre order price is $142. After May it will be $190.

I have EQ5 but it is not installed on my current computer. It was on one of my previous computers. Does the upgrade build on the EQ5 program that is installed or is EQ7 a program in itself?

I got the upgrade to 6 ( from 5), and now, thanks to Bellaboo, I have just ordered the upgrade to 7.

Might it be cheaper to go this route than buy a whole new 7? It might be worth emailing them first to enquire.

I have EQ5 too. I'm thinking about buying a whole new 7 too.

I've just emailed EQ about the upgrade price (from 5 to 7) as it isn't published on their website. Depending on their response, will determine which way I fall :)

I've had EQ6 for a couple years but I've never really used it. I just don't have time to go through all the lessons and videos etc.
I was thinking of selling it (it still has 2 installations) but now that EQ7 is coming out, maybe I'll keep it and try it again. Maybe 7 will be easier for me?
I went to the EQ website and wanted to watch the EQ7 video but it's not available yet.
I'll decide after I've watched it.
Maybe we should start an EQ7 thread here in July or August to help each other learn it?

I am going to have to get it. I like that you can drop motifs onto the quilt instead of having to use the layer one and layer two.
