Antique is 50 years old for FABRICS, including quilts.

I've noticed a whole lot of ebay sellers don't really have a clue what they're talking about.

No! We are gently aged and served like a fine wine.

At the vintage age of 30-19 DH and I took up sea kayaking. At the vintage age of 40-42 my neighbor took up downhill skiing. Anything is possible. I love the notion of sweet vinegar and am quite happily taking the years as they come.

I too have always understood that something had to be 100 yrs. old to be called an antique. I have tught vintage meant 50 to 100 yrs. Guess I will go searching and find out for sure..

A few years back in Montana I saw Home Interiors was being called Antiques, I wonder if they know they are. I was shocked Because I had them in my house in the 70's.
antique dealers must be getting younger.
