I think that this is the one that you are after. I also saved it to my hard drive but cannot locate it on the board. It may jog someones memory.

Try going to the top of this page on the right hand side in the search box and key in tree.

Sorry that I cannot be of any further help as to who put up the original picture. I saved it also as I thought how pretty it was. If I recall there were no instructions but I thought at the time that I could work it out from the picture.

Good luck with tracking it down.

Thank you for this thread and the search. I like the tree also, so I saved the photo in my "Not MY Quilts album" and will put it on my to do list. Simple and a good stash buster too!

Wish I'd known this was it. I made two of these wall hangings last year but didn't use the red, which I like a lot. I didn't have a pattern. They are easy peasy, just count the squares and hsts.
