The points to the right should be a v not a pyramid. The left side point should angle the opposite direction. Those are my mistakes but what's up the size? I tripple checked and they are cut according to the pattern.

Oh how frustrating for you! I keep looking at the photos and can't figure it out. Hopefully someone else can. It's a lovely pattern.
I will add that sometimes I have to walk away from this type of problem for awhile. My brain gets overloaded and then nothing works

Well the two pieces that are on the right are an easy fix. Switch them so they form the "V" with the white. Take the one on the bottom and move it to the top. That should fix that issue.
Your unit 3 that appears to be way too long, I think that is the unit that is supposed to be going all the way into the center of the block as opposed to the unit you currently have placed there. In fact, I think you made two Unit 3 when you only need one unit 3. You should be making two unit 1 for each block, 3 unit 2 and 1 unit 3.
But the sizes not lining up, I'd have to say your pattern is definitely giving wrong cutting instructions. Or you have combined cuts for two different size leaves.
Oh, I just had another thought. Did you photocopy this to make your PP pattern? Or did you print it out? Is there a test square anywhere on the pattern that depicts a 1" square? And if so did you check it to make sure it is 1"? It is possible your computer scaled the pattern piece to size or the photocopy is not making a true copy and enlarging it a wee bit. Because your white unit in the corner perfectly lines up with your units 1 and 2. So this makes me think your PP pattern is not true to size.

Just a guess. Did you print the paper piecing part? Or was it directly from the
magazine? If you downloaded the pattern, chances are when you printed it got
distorted. Not by much but enough to be a nuisance. I have to adjust all my PP
patterns. You could measure the pattern you printed and check if the side of the
square fits the other piece next to it. Hope this makes sense.
I suggest you contact the magazine. They might be able to help you.
I made this block a while ago. You can find this block on the internet
but I'm not sure if you will be able to find all sizes. Then you get into
the same problem...download and print is 99% of the time distorted.
Some might not have this problem but I always do. Good luck.

I will attempt to help too, with pics, as sometimes it's easier to understand.

1. swap your #1a & 2a pieces.
2. the piece I've numbered as 2b has been cut as a #3, you should have cut 3 of #2 - not 2 of #3.
The white triangle on the end is also on the wrong corner, perhaps because batiks look the same both sides so it's easy to get confused. If you change this, then trim off some of the other end to match #2 size, all should fit.
Hope I've helped.
