Default Looking for quilt block pattern.

I posted this someplace else but am not sure it was right place, so here goes again. Looking for quilt block that is like a snowball in center with 8 differant corners and looks kinda like star. The one i seen was called Snowball Star. Its been hard for me to get back into QB since they changed the site. Finaly got in now but not sure what I am doing yet.
Thanks for any help I can get. Mtspools

Is it this one?

If not, try Googling "snowball star quilt" and then click on "images" to see if you can spot the pattern you are looking for.

Is this one similar? I think I've seen it less rectangular, too.
Whoops, my copy/paste isn't doing it's thing. Go to quiltville.com and look for Smoky Mountain Stars in the list of patterns.

it looks like the regular snowball block surrounded by another set of blocks that are 50% the size of the snowball with only one corner "snowballed" if you will. The corner blocks in this new round are simply solid blocks without any corners added. Does this make sense? or is it clear as mud?

Here is the web site for the designer -- but it does not appear that the patterns are actually available.

The snowball block has rectangles with one corner snowballed on each rectangle, sewn around the block.
