Just a thought, could you shrink it to a wall hanging?

open mouth, insert foot. been there, done that. but timid doesn't get us anywhere, and the quilt sure doesn't get done if we are timid. Go to it, girl. judging by your avatar, you will have no problem.

I am DEFFINATELY going to make up some tops to 'keep by' - I usually move stuff off to new homes or get them on the beds pretty quick, not anymore!

Last Christmas my co-worker was making plans for our department party, and she asked me to make a quilt for the grand door prize. I agreed, and started to work. I made a BIG one...85x85, all batiks, and it came out really gorgeous!! Trouble was, I really didn't want to give it away! :-( But I did, and I was thrilled with who got it. However, I didn't ask for enough money for it..not even enough to cover the materials. So, next time will be different! If they ask again, that is!!

Just remember: NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED!

My suggestion, keep it simple.

Yikes!! Next Month? You sure are going to be doing a lot of sewing, and quickly. When next month is the big day?
