I got this in my email. But not sure what to do,. Do I pay the taxes?

Yep Bev, you're exactly right. You go to that web site pick out what you'd like and then pay the shipping and the taxes. :)

I won in the summer from one of the shops I visited while looking for that "bunny" All you do is order and they should have given you a code or something so you can get your $10. off. Enjoy your prize, I purchased material...way over the $10. certificate though; for a musical type quilt for my niece's graduation present.
