The same thing happened to me. I do not want to spend the money on shipping  I think it stinks that it doesn't include shipping....

That's how i feel too Bev. For instance, if i was a person that normally bought fabric on-line, then this would be a bonus, i would have used it if it was say a 50 dollar certificate lol, but a 10 dollar certificate meant i was looking to try and buy something i would not normally buy anyways, and then have to pay them for the chance to do it lol. To me it wasn't worth the money, so i tried to see if i could give the certificate to someone who normally buys online anyways, but can't give them away :) To me it was cute and exciting winning, but that was the extent of it lol.

Awe, sorry you're feeling down Bev. Is there a reason you want to back your quilts with fleece, i've been hearing it's hard to work with. Why don't you go to the thrift store and pick up a nice bedsheet to back your quilt? Would that work? That's what i do :)

PS And no, you're not cheap Bev, you just think like i do, that means great minds think alike :) :) :)

Ahhhhhhh I LOVE working with fleece. I made my very first quilt with the fleece backing. It was cuddly and soft and I had no problems. But then of course I pin the heck out of everything. LOL
I looked at the fabric. Everything I liked was was over my cert, books too hard for me yet.....Yeah it was fun to win it, but like you my place to shop is Walmart... Most I spent on fabs was $2 a yard, other then fleece. I get a raise in my SS check the first of the yr so maybe then I can start living. My son is out of work til Jan 1st so he understands about no money. THANK GOD! We're doing the very best we can, and I'm trying real hard to think positive...... Heard from lawyer. Nothing he could do about my SSI check....... Great huh? It'll all work out. I just gotta think & pray it will.. Haven't sewn in a week. I go up there and see the skull quilt and I turn around and come back down..... Cross Stitching a cute pic for now. Hey she's sewing. LOL Heres the one I'm doing...... She reminds me of me when I was little. Always sewing for my dolls.... Don't come on much. Its a HAPPY season and I don't wanna depress anyone with my problems, so I come & go..
