Default Ideas for a Three Color Quilt???

I'm gearing up to make a graduation quilt for my nephew who is graduating in June. He wants me to use dark gray and bright yellow with a touch of a medium blue. Does anyone have ideas for a quilt pattern that would showcase these colors or at least focus on the three main ones? Thanks for your ideas!

Ohhh how about a Jacob's Ladder? Also if you look on http://www.quilterscache.com/QuiltBlocksGalore.html you will find tons of patterns that are free and at all different skills levels. It would be cool if your nephew looked at them too and possible help decide which block might peak his interent. and/or at least narrow down the field a bit fo ya.

My favorite 3 color quilt is the cover quilt on Lynette Jensen's September Morning book. It's the cover quilt, but is named something else. http://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-me...pdp_images_all

There's a block on Quilter's Cache called Louisiana and it works great with three colors.
